We recommend working on Ursula's quests first, as again it is hard to reach her. This will prompt her to swim towards you to watch you fish, and you can reel your line back in quickly by canceling the fishing action, and pressing "E" to interact with her before she swims off. Pull out your fishing pole and just cast out anywhere into the open water. The easiest workaround for this we have found is to make sure you are completely alone on Dazzle Beach, and that she is slightly nearby in the water. That means getting to her sometimes can be quite a task.
One of the biggest downsides to Ursula is that she is a water-bound character. Once done, she will now be a permanent resident in your village and will give you more quests to progress in the game. In order to get her to move in, you will need to build her a cave of her own in the water.

Place the orb in that Pillar directly outside of the cave, and Ursula will be set free from the cave she is trapped in. You will then need to bring that magic orb back to the outside of the cave, where one of the Cursed Pillars is located. Pull out your fishing rod and reel in the Orb that is hiding below the water.
From there, you will notice an orange ripple in the water to your left-hand side. Once done, eat the meal, and the door will open. This last riddle is just a simple cooking quest, where you will have to cook a veggie spaghetti at the stove provided in the cave to open the last Magic Gate. Each relic will give you a riddle to solve in order to unlock the Magic Gates that block you from venturing lower into the cave. Ursula will give you a magic crystal key to use to unlock the sealed entrance to the cave, and once you are inside you will notice little relics on the ground below. The first quest she gives you is to enter a cave directly in the middle of Dazzle Beach. Of course, she will ask you to make a deal with her you break her out of this magical prison and she will give you a bit of intel she has on the Nightmare Thorns and how the Valley became cursed. Her cave is located on the upper right side of Dazzle Beach, and once you go inside, you will see her swimming around in a little pool of water straight ahead of the entrance. Merlin tells you that she holds on to secrets about The Forgetting and the Nightmare Thorns, so helping her out of the cave is a must.
